This company has very bad customer service and does not care about keeping customers. I have been a customer for many years and I talked to a rep to upgrade the system. The reps are very poorly trained and don't handle customers properly, quick to the point and disrespectful. I will be changing companies when I find a better deal.

Any desire I have had to get an alarm system installed our house was just shattered by a horrendous Safe Touch salesperson. I can overlook the burp he let out in mid sentence .... I can get used to the monthly cost.....but his complaint that I wasn't signing today after he drove all the way to my house from Mandarin nailed his coffin shut. #gross #youlostthesale
