I was burglarized with Safetouch. I had every piece of equipment and I lost $1.8 million in the largest jewelry store heist in North Florida and Safetouch was my security company. Even the backup systems failed. They also have a $250 liability limit in their contract ....

System is less than 5 months old. Door alarm went bad a month after it was installed. We went without our paid for alarm system for a week. Now a month later same door same problem. Talked to the service dept. and bypassed the door (!) . That's real good security !!!!...

Safetouch Security Customer Care Review

This company has very bad customer service and does not care about keeping customers. I have been a customer for many years and I talked to a rep to upgrade the system. The reps are very poorly trained and don't handle customers properly, quick to the point and disrespectful. I will be changing companies when I find a better deal.
